I know you mentioned we need to take the selenium and molybdenum away from foods. Would it be okay to take them before going to sleep? I usually have dinner at seven and go to bed around 930 or 10. Would that be enough time? Would they keep me up at night? I'm only asking because I like to eat breakfast within an hour of waking up in the morning.
Yeah. So you can take them before bed. So if you're eating at seven and then you take them at 930 or 10, so that's enough time. And they shouldn't keep you up at night. For some people, if they have a reaction, it's possible they could keep them up. But some people take them before bed and that's fine. Obviously if it keeps you up, especially if you're tracking your sleep, you'll be able to see if and how they're affecting your sleep. And if they're keeping you awake, if that does happen, then obviously you would take them sometime earlier in the day instead. But yeah, that plan sounds fine.
