Is it relevant for the protocol if someone is under methylated or over methylated? And can you see the difference of that in the test?

So it sounds like you've probably been reading the Walsh protocol. So overmethylation is a myth. There's no such thing as overmethylation. Some people would think they have overmethylation. But often what's happening is they're having reactions to specific nutrients that they're deficient in. I don't take overmethylation seriously. And can you see the difference of that in the test? No, I see whether someone is methylating poorly and then I make recommendations for that.
