I'm wondering what I could use to get to sleep. I was thinking maybe hemp oil.

So hemp oil or CBD oil. So that's a good option. So CBD oil, it's non psychoactive. So it shouldn't, it shouldn't interfere with your medications. What else? You could also try glycine. So I recommend glycine in the week three module for sleep. So it often helps people with sleep. You could try collagen as well, but I mean, the sleep benefits of collagen are likely due to glycine. I would just go with pure glycine. 

Theanine sometimes helps people sleep too, so you could give that a shot as well, but it's a bit iffy sometimes because theanine has some dopamine increasing effects, so it can increase energy in some people. So it's, that's a bit, you have to experiment with that and see.
