Should I be worried about the heavy metals in my hair?

The best approach to dealing with heavy metals is by optimizing methylation. When you optimize methylation by following the protocol, you will increase the production of glutathione and enhance detoxification. Once methylation and detoxification improve, the body is able to easily eliminate heavy metals.
