I have read that you are being skeptical about the IBS and SIBO. Could you please explain the logic here? How could the protocol help alleviate the IBS?
I’m not skeptical of IBS or SIBO. I’m skeptical of their common treatments of them.
Gut motility is controlled by histamine, serotonin, and nitric oxide. And all 3 of them depend on cellular B2 activity, cellular B12 activity, and cellular iron activity.
If you’re deficient in those nutrients, then you won’t have proper gut motility.
And then that leads to bacterial overgrowth.
If you don’t address them, you’ll continue to have SIBO and IBS.
So you need to treat those cellular deficiencies to get better.
Vitamin D and melatonin are also critical for gut health and digestion. And I address those throughout the program modules as well.
And many people with SIBO and IBS are also deficient in molybdenum. Usually due to glyphosate exposure. So that definitely needs to be addressed as well.
Your environment can also significantly impact your gut health, probably more than anything, so you'll want to pay attention to the week five module as well.
A lot of people find that their gut health and digestion improve as they go through the program.
