I haven't had the energy to exercise since starting my iodine supplement. Is this okay? Or do I need to try to get back to exercising daily?
I've been thinking about this a lot lately, so don't push yourself. Don't exercise if you don't feel like exercising. That's a weird thing to say. You can do light exercise. I don't know what type of exercise you've been doing daily, but for the most part, if you don't feel like exercising, or if you do exercise and then you feel more tired, you have brain fog or even you just don't feel like your health is at the point where you feel like you want to exercise. Then I wouldn't exercise. That's one of the misconceptions a lot of people have is they feel like they need to exercise to improve their health, but often wanting to exercise is a sign of good health, right? If you're so full of energy and you feel healthy, you want to get up and start moving. So if you don't feel like that, just focus on improving your health, following my recommendations and going through the action steps. And don't worry too much about exercising. But light exercise is fine. Like if you want to go for walks, I mean, I'd recommend that, but don't feel like you need to push yourself and exercise a lot.
