Any thoughts on what exercise can help and what would be harmful? Is Qi Gong a good exercise program at this time?

Yeah. So, okay, Qi Gong, so that's fine. So it's gentle. So you can do that. What else? Tai Chi, yoga, walking. So those are all good options. So they're not too intense.

I would just limit, you want to limit intense cardio and weightlifting until you're feeling better. Otherwise you'll do them and, not in all cases, but a lot of people find it makes them feel worse. They feel more tired. Depends on your symptoms. Depends on what you're struggling with. If you have chronic fatigue, it'll likely make you feel worse, especially weightlifting. If you have depression and anxiety, that's different. Exercise could help you with your mental health. So it depends on the person and their symptoms.

But yeah, if you have chronic fatigue, you should reach a point eventually where you actually feel like doing cardio or weightlifting. Like you feel healthy enough to do them. Like you have more energy. So then so then at that point you would try them and you would see if you can tolerate them and you'd want to start slow and ramp up over time. You wouldn't want to just jump right into it. But yeah. So gentle exercise like Tai Chi, yoga, walking, Qi Kong, those are all fine.
