What dosage of B1 should I take?
Well, it depends on the form of B1 and then it depends on how you're responding to it.
So generally I just recommend whatever B1 supplement you get, you just follow the directions on the bottle and you just start with that. So for example, allithiamine would just be 50 milligrams per day. So that's a good starting point. And then depending on how you feel, how you respond to it, you can increase from there. You can go to a hundred. Some clients have even gone up to 200 milligrams per day because they respond really well to it.
So it depends on the bottle or the actual supplement that you got, because there's a bunch of different recommended forms that I recommend to people. And then it depends on how you, how you feel and how you respond to it. Because some people can have reactions, especially to these advanced B1 supplements that I recommend. People can have pretty strong reactions. So in that case you wouldn't want to go to too high of a dosage too quickly.
