What do you recommend for lowering cholesterol?
I recommend following the protocol and treating hypothyroidism. Because hypothyroidism is strongly linked to high cholesterol. Many people with hypothyroidism have elevated cholesterol.
You also need adequate riboflavin and adenosylcobalamin to metabolize fatty acids. So B2 and B12 are very important if you want to lower your cholesterol.
And then low molybdenum is also linked to high cholesterol.
So once all of those issues are addressed, cholesterol often drops in my clients.
So just focus on implementing the advice throughout the program. And fixing your cellular deficiencies. And then your cholesterol should drop over time.
Don’t get distracted by other supplements.
