How important is the red light therapy? Do you still use it every day?
No, I don't. I hardly ever use it actually anymore. So what I found was that it was, it's a helpful therapy, and it can definitely help a lot of people. And it absolutely helped me, but whenever I stopped it, I slid back into poorer health. So it was still a band-aid approach. It didn't get to the root cause.
So now, like I still have a red light device and I still use it sometimes. I use it more in the winter when I can't get sunlight. But yeah, it's not, it's not something I use every day anymore. I talk about red light therapy briefly in the module about sleep, because if you use it before bad, it can really help with sleep. So that's another good reason to use it. You'll learn about that in the week three module.
Another thing about red light is you also get red light and infrared light from the sun as well. So I talk about getting enough sunlight and morning light in the week three module. So that's another way to get red light therapy essentially from the sun. So yeah, I just thought I'd mention that as well.
