Do you have any helpful info regarding pain?

I would try to just focus on the main protocol and follow that for now. A lot of people with fibromyalgia and chronic pain have hypothyroidism and cellular deficiencies that need to be corrected. So that should be your priority.

But later on, you could try DL-Phenylalanine. It’s a supplement.

I sound like a broken record because I bring it up all the time. It’s not a magic bullet by any means. But DLPA has been shown to be very helpful for pain. It increases endorphins in the body.

It helps with both physical pain and emotional pain. Physical pain and emotional pain are often intertwined anyway. People with fibromyalgia and chronic pain often have some sort of underlying emotional trauma.

Anyway, you could consider trying DLPA.

You might also want to look into low-dose naltrexone. LDN for short. It’s a medication. At low doses, it hardly has any side effects. And it helps reduce pain by reducing inflammation. But it’s still a band-aid approach.

So yeah, I’d recommend following the protocol. And then DLPA and LDN.
