What do you think of my histamine intolerance?

You have histamine intolerance because you have poor methylation. Methylation is required for inactivation of histamine.

SAMe produces an enzyme that inactivates histamine. So when you have poor methylation, you end up having low levels of SAMe. And then you end up developing histamine intolerance.

And you need adequate B12 activity to produce SAMe. I talk about this in the second week module.

But of course, there’s a huge anti-histamine market, so no one is going to ever tell you this. They’ll just sell you useless histamine supplements instead.

Histamine intolerance is also a red flag that you're living in mold and you need to move. So pay attention to the week five module.
