I bought a thermometer and my temperature is 36.5. If my temperature is not low, does that mean I don’t have subclinical hypothyroidism?
That’s still a bit low.
And yes, even if your temperature was within the normal range, you can still have hypothyroidism.
Temperature is just one marker I look at. We need to look at everything. We need to look at the big picture.
Temperature needs to be considered alongside TSH, T4, T3, iodine and selenium levels.
