Does the time of B12 during the day matter? I now do 1000 mcg daily at night before going to bed. Is that good?
Yes, that’s good. Typically, I recommend it in the evening or before bed because many people find it relaxes them and helps them sleep. That’s my preferred time, and that’s when I take B12.
But some people find the B12 gives them energy and prefer to take it in the morning. That is fine too. It doesn’t have to be at night.
