I'm having reactions to iodine and selenium. Can I introduce the molybdenum and B2 while I am on such low doses of the iodine and selenium? Can you please advise me on what you think I should do?
I’m not surprised considering your health history and symptoms. I’ve seen it time and time again in people like you. This happened to me as well. You need to go slower. You need to stick with just the iodine for a longer period of time and don’t add in the selenium just yet. Both of them are probably too much for you at this point in time. Just take your time with the iodine and get more comfortable with that before introducing the selenium again or anything else. Your reactions are a sign that you’re very deficient, and you need to stick with it. You can also try taking potassium gluconate to reduce your reactions.
If you really want, you could try adding in molybdenum and B2 but I wouldn’t really recommend it. You need to be more stable on the iodine first, and then the selenium. I recommend taking the minerals in a specific order for good reason. You could go ahead and try the molybdenum just to see how you react but don’t be surprised if you have a reaction as well. Or it won't do much until iodine and selenium are in place.
So overall, you should just focus on taking the iodine and increasing the dosage of that overtime. Stay at a lower dosage for now. It’s clear that you will need to go slower than what I recommend. Plenty of people do need to go slower. But you need to stick with it. Go as slow as necessary. The pace I recommend in the modules is a general recommendation, many people need to go much slower than that. Some are lucky and can go at my recommended pace. But it doesn't sound like that's you.
